Alexandrea Nail Academy – Terms & Conditions
By booking a course with Alexandrea Nail Academy, you must be 16+ years old and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking & Payments
• A payment plan is available for all courses. The full balance must be paid before the course start date.
• Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Your booking can be transferred to another date only if at least 14 days’ notice is given.
• Only one date change is allowed per booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
• If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 14 days before your course date to transfer your booking to a later date.
• Reschedule requests made within 14 days of the course date may not be accommodated and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Failure to attend your booked course without prior notice will result in the loss of your payment.
Course Attendance & Requirements
• Students must arrive on time; late arrivals may not be allowed to participate and will not be eligible for a refund.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you can commit to the full duration of the course.
Certification & Course Completion
• Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course.
• Alexandrea Nail Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if a student does not meet the required standards.
Health & Safety
• Students must follow all health and safety guidelines during the course.
• If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries that may affect your ability to participate, you must inform us in advance.
Academy Rights
• Alexandrea Nail Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses in unforeseen circumstances. In this case, students will be offered an alternative date.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission to any student who does not adhere to our policies or behaves inappropriately.
